Notably, as humans last longer, there have been more ageism documentaries and movies, many admirable. 'The Eternal Memory' was 10/10 - https://youtu.be/v-hxO7_oEZw
More recently, 'My Favourite Cake' and 'Mamacruz' were low key yet appealing.
Ha ha, I'll test your patience and add 'My Love, Don't Cross That River', Korean doccie from 2014.
Italian director Paolo Sorrentino is one of the greatest, and in 2015 he delivered a meditative ageism English masterpiece that the Public thus overlooked. Starring Michael Caine and Harvey Keitel, 'Youth' is well worth checking out. You could make it into a double-billing with his Italian 'The Great Beauty'.
I agree and thrown in 'Hand of God' fourth. 'The Family Friend' may not have been a crowdpleaser but appreciated for one of the most disgusting movie characters. No matter the downplaying critics, 'Parthenhope' is on my radar, even if only the cinematography counts (like 'Loro').

Oh yeah, I want to see ETERNAL MEMORY!
It's essential, and astonishingly made me miss love.
Thanks for these tips, Mike!

Enjoy.
I like YOUTH a lot -- it's not THE GREAT BEAUTY or I AM LOVE but still a rich movie with Caine's last great performance. Thanks Mike!
